You can quickly and easily change your name or your child's name by Deed Poll. It is an easy three stage process and the cost is £15 inc P&P (same day dispatch for orders received before 4pm weekdays). Please see below for what to do next:

Stage 1 - Order Online

You will first of all need to follow the three simple steps below to order your Deed Poll documentation:

   Step 3. Enter your billing details and make a secure payment during the checkout stage.

Stage 2 - Execute

Once you have completed the steps above we will expertly prepare your Deed Poll documentation. Which will be stamped and dispatched to you by first class post (same day dispatch for orders received before 4pm weekdays).

When it arrives it must be signed by you and an independent witness i.e. a friend, neighbour or work colleague.

Stage 3 - Notify:

Finally send your signed Deed Poll (or a legal copy of) to any company or organisation that currently hold your old name on their records to notify them of your new name.
